the highest governing body of the organization. The BOD shall be composed of ELEVEN (11) members; eight (8) of which from Zamboanga City Mother Chapter to include its Chairman. The Chairman of the Board shall be required to be a resident of Zamboanga City. The three (3) other members may be represented from outside mother chapter. The Chairman of the Board shall be elected among the board members. The functions of the BOD are the following:

• To oversee and promulgate rules and regulations of the fraternity;
• To decide on matters that concerns the fraternity.
• To regulate, impose discipline to all members.
